Regular health screenings with a health care provider can help men find health problems before they start. They also can help find problems early, giving men the best chance for successful treatment.
Men should speak with their health care providers about having these screenings:

When visiting their providers, men should also speak about these important health topics:
- Family health history
- Feelings of anxiety or depression
- Additional health screenings that may be needed
- Eating and exercise goals
- Personal habits, such as alcohol or tobacco use
- Healthy sleeping habits
