Medicaid Managed Care members who ensure their children receive all of their required immunizations by their second birthday will receive a $100 gift card! Fitness Incentives
Essential Plan members are eligible for a Fitness Reimbursement that pays you up to $400 per year when you enroll in a qualified fitness facility, and visit at least 50 times in a six-month period. Learn more
