What is Child Health Plus?

Child Health Plus (CHPlus) is a New York State-sponsored program that provides quality health insurance for kids under age 19.

How Much Does It Cost?

Only the monthly premiums vary based on income, and can be free or as low as $9 per month. There are no copays or deductibles.

You can enroll in Child Health Plus year-round.
