Health Insurance Renewal Information

With the lifting of the COVID-19 public health emergency, the automatic renewal of health insurance has ended.

If your patients are Fidelis Care Medicaid Managed Care, Essential Plan, Child Health Plus, or HealthierLife (HARP) members, they will need to renew their health insurance to keep their coverage without interruption. This will affect your patients in those plans with a coverage end date after April 30, 2022.

You can check your patient's renewal (recert) date by going to the Provider Portal and accessing the patient details.

Please remind your patients that they will need to keep their health insurance coverage to avoid any issues with their care.

You can refer your patients to visit fideliscare.org/renew for more information on how they can stay covered. We have attached a helpful reference tool that outlines the steps you can take to assist in directing your patients accordingly. Thank you for your help and attention to this matter.
