Fidelis Care invites participating providers and their staff to attend an informational webinar about the continuous enrollment changes underway in Medicaid, Child Health Plus, Essential Plan, Health and Recovery Plans, and Managed Long Term Care plans in New York state. With the lifting of the COVID-19 public health emergency, the automatic renewal of health insurance has ended. If your patients are Fidelis Care Medicaid Managed Care, Essential Plan, Child Health Plus, or HealthierLife (HARP) members, they will need to renew their health insurance to keep their coverage without interruption. This will affect your patients in those plans with a coverage end date after December 31, 2021. You can check your patient's renewal (recert) date by going to the Provider Portal and accessing the patient's record. Please remind your patients that they will need to keep their health insurance coverage to avoid any issues
