With the lifting of the COVID-19 public health emergency, the automatic renewal of health insurance has ended. If your patients are Fidelis Care Medicaid Managed Care, Essential Plan, Child Health Plus, or HealthierLife (HARP) members, they will need to renew their health insurance to keep their coverage without interruption. This will affect your patients in those plans with a coverage end date after December 31, 2021. You can check your patient's renewal (recert) date by going to the Provider Portal and accessing the patient's record. Please remind your patients that they will need to keep their health insurance coverage to avoid any issues

SYRACUSE, NY (August 21, 2019) –Fidelis Care is emphasizing the importance of health and wellness at the 2019 Great New York State Fair with the addition of free dental screenings for children and adults and free hearing screenings for seniors. Fidelis Care will be on-site during all 13 days of the Fair with an exciting series of events for the entire family.
