Ingredients:
Apples of your choice
Ground cinammon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.
Slice apples 1/8 inch thk. Place apple slices in a single layer on parchment paper, and sprinkle ground cinammon on top.
Slice apples 1/8 inch thick. Place slices in a single layer and bake for 1 hour. Flip, and bake for one more hour.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups oats
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1/3 cup nut butter or nut butter alternative
1/3 cup honey
Directions:
Mix oats, walnuts, and mini chocolate chips in a bowl, set aside.
In another bowl, mix nut butter and honey. Pour mixture over the oats to combine. Form into one-inch balls and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes before serving.

Ingredients:
Plain yogurt
Blueberries
Cinammon
Directions:
Place your blueberries in a mixing bowl. Add about 1/4 cup of yogurt and gently mix. Add a dash of cinammon and mix again, adding yogurt as necessary to ensure all the blueberries are coated with yogurt. Place the coated blueberries on a tray covered with parchment paper and freeze for 1 hour. Enjoy any time!
